Bio
Shad is a key player in the identification, review and approval of potential New Markets Tax Credit projects. Upon approval, he maintains ongoing review of project performance, services loans, cooperates with various project stakeholders, and assists at the end of the loan period. He monitors project compatibility with federal requirements from the point of application through exit from the program.
Shad monitored New Markets Tax Credit loan files before being named NMTC Loan Officer in 2019. He is an accountant.
