Nicole is responsible for the development and management of the company’s loan and investment portfolio, and she is the initial point of contact for borrowers. She supervises business lending staff, serves as liaison to the board of directors, maintains relationships with other lenders and industry partners, and ensures compliance with lending requirements related to public and private funding sources.
