Bio
Amanda joined MMCDC in November of 2013 as an assistant property manager. In 2015, she was promoted to Property Manager. She is responsible for the oversight of 300+ units of multi-family and 25 single-family units in a six county region of Northwestern Minnesota, from leasing units to the care and maintenance of safe and affordable housing. She is a certified Housing Quality Standards Inspector for Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher rental properties.
Experience
Amanda came to us from MAHUBE-OTWA where she was a Housing Case Manager for the Long-term Homeless and other housing programs. She has over 9 years of experience in the industry. Amanda graduated from Minnesota State University-Moorhead with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
