Melinda Iverson

Bio

Melinda Iverson begin serving the White Earth Reservation on MMCDC’s Board in 2023. A Dale Carnegie graduate, she has 23 years of career experience as a Human Resources Executive Management professional in Native American gaming and resorts, tribal governments, and retail industries. Mindy is involved with many professional organizations including Society for Human Resources Management; National Native American Human Resources Association; WERBC Cultural Committee; WERBC Benefits Committee; and WERBC 401k Board of Trustees. Mindy additionally serves as chair of the Tribal Utility Commission; secretary of the White Earth Rediscovery Board; and secretary of the White Earth Outdoor Unity Team Non-Profit Organization. Her family inspires her to make a difference in people’s lives through her work, volunteer efforts, and giving back to her community. Mindy’s hobbies include kayaking, canoeing, Star Quilting, Ribbon Skirt and Ribbon Shirt Making, knitting, sewing, organizing and planning events, and training her puppy, Zeke.
